How do you get customers to tell you what actually happened, not what they think you want to hear?
Your story fits A better customer question
For independent founders & consultants on X
Dearly finds the people on X asking about what you know, matches each conversation to a story only you can tell, and remembers everyone you meet.

Any recommendations for fixing onboarding drop-off? People sign up, but never reach that first useful moment.

Show the result before the setup
You moved one useful result ahead of account setup. Nobody in the replies has said that yet.
You reply on X, in your own words
“We didn’t cut steps. We changed the order…”

Your feed, this morning
Dearly finds that post, hands you the story that fits, and remembers who you met. About two minutes a day.
How it works
Today
Dearly watches your topics, the people you care about and the replies you get. Someone asking for a recommendation or how others solved a problem in your area is flagged first. Those are the conversations most likely to turn into customers. Every suggestion comes with the story of yours that fits, and a plain reason why.

You ask people to walk through the last time the problem happened. Asked 41m ago, 3 replies so far.
Before you reply
Open any thread and read the replies in one place. Dearly points out what’s already covered and where your story adds something new. The reply itself stays yours.

Room for you
Notes to you, not a drafted reply.
People
Replies between you and someone show up on their page automatically. People you keep talking with are suggested for your circle. Your private notes and promises sit next to the history.

Drafts
Your experiments and lessons live in Stories, separate from what you saved from others. Draft with your sources beside you. Ask for a sharper opening, then decide. When the post appears on your X account, Dearly links it to the draft.
We thought better onboarding meant fewer steps. It meant a better order. We showed one useful result before account creation, and kept the same number of steps.

Getting started
Dearly reads your recent public posts, replies and mentions. Nothing is posted.
Your best first-person posts become the stories Dearly matches conversations to.
Today opens with live posts where your story fits. You reply on X, in your own words.

The working pilot
Questions
Independent founders and consultants whose customers, peers and collaborators are on X, and who grow by sharing what they know rather than by volume.
No. Dearly never posts, replies, likes, follows or sends messages. It helps you find the moment and prepare; you write on X yourself. Writing suggestions for posts are only applied when you choose.
No. Adding your handle is enough to see replies and mentions. Signing in with X (official OAuth) is optional: it verifies the handle and lets you import bookmarks. Dearly never asks for your X password.
Public posts are read through a third-party X data provider on a daily budget, and bookmarks through X’s official API when you connect. Your notes, drafts and people live in your own workspace.
Yes, a side panel shows your notes, promises and matching stories next to any profile or post on X. It reads only the page address and never acts on X. You don’t need it to use Dearly.
The pilot is invite-only while we learn from the first founders. We’ll share pricing before anything is ever charged, and nothing is billed automatically.
Dearly is an invited pilot. Requesting access doesn’t create an account or commit you to anything, and there’s no payment.
